For those who organise fishing trips

Plan the trip once. Send one link.

Your people say “I’m in”, and you see who is coming. The weather for the trip’s day, who brings what and the talk are on one page. No separate chat group to run on another app. No emails to send about what to bring or how to get ready.

One trip, from planning to the Ledger

  1. A week before

Plan it and send the link.

The day, the water and the number of places. Copy the link, or invite anglers on the site by name.

  2. Every morning

Fresh weather, and who is coming.

The weather for the day, hour by hour, fresh every morning. If someone steps out, only you are told.

  3. Before the trip

Who brings what. One shared list.

One list for the whole group: anyone adds a thing, and one person ticks it to bring it. Each person also has their own packing list for the trip.

  4. Any time

    One talk for the trip.

Messages for everyone on the trip, on the trip’s page — before the trip and during it. Only the trip’s people see them. The organiser can keep the talk in order and share more details.

  5. The evening before

A line about the trip on every phone.

People who have notifications on get a line on their phone the evening before and two hours before the start, with the weather.

  6. On the day

One tap starts the trip for everyone.

The organiser ticks who is here and starts the trip. Their trips start too. Nobody else needs to do anything.

  7. After

The trip is in everyone’s Ledger.

You end the trip whenever it suits you, and everything about it stays in your personal fishing Ledger.

When the trip ends, the others’ trips end with it.

Each person keeps the trip in their own Ledger: the hours, their own fish, and who was along.

What organisers ask

Do my people need an account?

Yes. It takes a minute, and the link brings them back to the trip.

Who sees the trip?

Only the people on it. It is shown nowhere else on the site.

What if someone forwards the link?

The organiser closes the link when your people are in. Opening it again makes a new link, and the old one stops working.

Can the others invite people too?

Only the ones the organiser allows.

How many can come?

You set the number of places. When they are taken, the link says the trip is full.

Plan your next trip here.

Your people need only the link.
